Monica's Fitness Plan:

My fitness goal is to not get Swine Flu and get healthy!

Here is my plan:
1.play many kinds of sports!
2.do fitness stresses!
3.play hoolahoop everyday after dinner!

FITNESS JOURNAL​ :
December 7, 2009: I think I'm not doing very good job on my fitness. I supposed to do these fitnesses after dinner, but
I always forget!!!!!! I need to remember them everyday... I will do a better job on this!
December 13, 2009: I'm doing a nice job on my fitness! I think I'm getting healthy!
I'll keep doing a good job on this.
